Six Most Powerful Smartphones You Can Buy For Under Rs. 40,000

Are you looking for powerful smartphones in the sub-Rs. 40,000? Here are the best smartphones under Rs. 40,000 you can buy in India.

The flagships are getting more expensive, but you can still find high-end smartphones in the sub-Rs. 40,000 price range. Most flagships coming from big brands like Apple, Samsung, Sony ... are getting much more expensive because new products often come with a lot of "good value" improvements. However, you can still find a few smartphones from many brands that are more affordable, but still offer most of what you can find in those flagship devices. Here are the best smartphones under Rs. 40,000 you can buy in India.

Redmi Note 9 Pro Max

Let's start with the newly-released Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. Although the phone possesses mid-range hardware, its relatively low price is what makes it really attractive. For just Rs. 14,999, you have a product with the latest Snapdragon 720G SoC, 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB / 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage (can be further expanded via a microSD card slot). It also sports a 6.67-inch screen of Full HD + resolution.

Specifically, the device is equipped with a Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, which is very powerful in the sub-Rs. 30,000 price range. The phone has a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen, supporting Full HD + resolution, and a 90Hz refresh rate.
