A mysterious Vivo smartphone with model number Vivo V1950A recently passed through two Chinese agencies MIIT and 3C. Now, the handset made its appearance on TENAA with key specs and several photos, showing its full design. While it hasn’t been confirmed yet, we believe that it could be a new model of the Vivo Nex 3 5G with a Snapdragon 865 SoC. It could arrive with the same name or Vivo Nex 5 5G.

While its name hasn’t been finalized, the design of the phone is revealed in full thanks to the renders on its TENAA listing. You can see that the handset will feature a curved-edge display and no notch. That means Vivo could retain the pop-up selfie camera design of the Nex 3 5G on this phone. At the back, it will get a triple camera cluster stacked in a circular module similar to the Nex 3 5G. In addition, we don’t see any physical buttons on either side of the phone, which suggests that it might rely on the squeeze-based gestures.
In addition, the Vivo V1950A smartphone is tipped to sport a massive 6.89-inch FHD+ display. It will be driven by a Snapdragon 865 SoC with dual-mode 5G support. It will come in two variants, 8GB RAM / 128GB storage and 8GB RAM / 256GB storage. Software-wise, it will ship with Android 10 pre-installed, probably with FunTouchOS on top. According to TENAA listing, the device measures 167.44x76.14x7.9 mm and weighs 219.5g. As per the render, the Vivo Nex 5 5G will come in at least Red color variant, but we expect to see several more hues.

Camera-wise, the Vivo V1950A will rock a triple camera system at the back, including a 64MP main sensor and two 13MP sensors. Upfront, it is listed with a 16MP selfie camera on the front. Under the hood, it will be packed with a 4,250 mAh battery with support for fast charging technology, according to its 3C listing.
