Vivo S1 Pro With 32MP Pop-Up Camera & Snapdragon 675 Launched

Vivo has just launched a new addition to its Vivo S series dubbed Vivo S1 Pro in the Chinese market. The handset will come with an AI triple cameras on the rear and a 32MP pop-up selfie camera. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 675 chipset, 3,700 mAh battery, and latest Android 9 Pie. Vivo will offer the phone in the country from 9 May.
Vivo S1 Pro: Price
The phone’s price is set at RMB 2,698 (around Rs. 27,600) for both variants with 6GB of RAM / 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM / 128GB of storage. Chinese consumers can now pre-order the handset via Vivo ‘s e-Shop site or they can straight up buy the phone from 9 May. Vivo offers two color variants for the Vivo S1 Pro which are Coral Red and Love Blue.
Vivo S1 Pro: Specifications & Features
The handset features a gradient finish on its back, an on-screen fingerprint reader, and a notch-less and bezel-less display. The phone also comes with a pop-up front-facing camera that we have seen on several other Vivo and Oppo phones launched recently. Both the power button and volume rockers are placed on the right edge of the handset. Other features include dual-SIM card slots, a micro-USB port 2.0, and a dedicated button for activating Jovi - Vivo’s AI assistant.
In terms of hardware specifications, the handset sports a 6.39-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED panel with 1,080 x 2,340p resolution and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It runs on the mid-range Snapdragon 675 chipset clubbed with up to 256GB of storage and 8GB RAM. Users can further expand its storage up to 256GB via a microSD card slot. Powering the phone is a 3,700 mAh battery which is slightly smaller compared to the one on the Vivo S1.
In the imaging department, the handset features a 32MP pop-up front-facing camera with an aperture of f/2.0. At the back, there is a triple camera system, comprising of a 48MP primary camera with an aperture of f/1.78, an 8MP secondary camera with a wide-angle lens, and a 5MP depth unit with an aperture of f/2.4.
