Among 4 phone series from Outkitel, the main feature of its K lineup is quite straightforward that is all devices in this lineup are powered by large batteries for an impressively time standby. At the beginning of April, the phone maker released the K9 smartphone with large 6,000mAh battery and the largest display in the world of 7.12 inches. Now, they are planning to release a new smartphone with a larger battery, dubbed the OUKITEL K12. The device is said to sport a 6.3-inch display with FHD+ resolution, and a battery with a capacity of 10,000mAh and 5V/6A fast charger.
The K2 smartphone is the successor to the K10 smartphone with more powerful chipset and a bigger screen. In particular, the device will sport a 6.3-inch FHD+ (1,080x2,340) display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 for a wider workable area and thinner screen to better grasp the device in a hand. Additionally, the handset also has a leather texture rear panel and magnesium alloy frame.
The phone is backed with an internal Li-polymer battery with a capacity of 10,000mAh. With the support of this large battery, a smart management system for power consumption, and the latest 12nm power-saving chipset, the K12 smartphone is claimed to be able to last for more than a week. The device will also have a 5V/6A fast charger for quicker charging rate. The K12's 10,000mAh battery will be fully charged within only two hours.
In addition to big battery and display, the K12 smartphone is also backed with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The company also announced that this smartphone will debut by late May or early June, but did not reveal the pricing of the device. However, the phone is likely to be offered for an affordable price like its predecessors in the K series.
