Apple’s upcoming iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max appeared in a video first posted on Macotakara a few days ago. These devices were made by a 3D printer, and they are based on the schematics taken from factories in which iPhones are produced. Macotakara has once again posted a new video, but it comprises of the successor to the Apple iPhone XR this time. Besides, this new clip showcases the white variant of iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max instead of the black variant in the first clip.
Although Apple has been rumored to change the display sizes for its 2019 iPhones models, it seems not to happen this time. Accordingly, the screens of iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Max, and iPhone 11R will respectively measure 5.8 inches, 6.5 inches, and 6.1 inches. Additionally, the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max are expected to sport OLED displays while the cheaper iPhone will feature an LCD screen. In term of imaging capabilities, two first devices will come with a triple rear camera setup including a main sensor, an ultra-wide sensor, and a ToF (Time-of-Flight) sensor. Meanwhile, the other one sports dual rear cameras, which are used for more accurate depth measurements which can enhance AR applications and photographic effects. Besides, the iPhone 11R is said to also have a square camera bump like iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max.
2019 iPhones are said to have batteries with larger capacities
Apple’s iPhones this year will be powered by batteries with larger capacities with new reverse charging solution support like Samsung Galaxy S10 series and Huawei Mate 20 Pro. This will let 2019 iPhones be used as wireless charging pads to charge other devices like AirPods and other compatible handsets. Certainly, the power will come from the batteries of iPhones. Therefore, the battery of iPhone 11 Max is expected to have a capacity of 3,491mAh – 3,650mAh, according to Ming-Chi Kuo, a TF International analyst.

It is known that the iPhone XS Max currently has a battery with a capacity of 3,174mAh. The analyst expected that the company will equip a battery in the range between 3,189mAh and 3,322mAh for its iPhone 11, sharply increasing from the battery with a capacity of 2,658mAh in the iPhone XS. Besides, the iPhone XR, which is known as the iPhone with the highest battery life, only packs a 2,942mAh battery. According to Kuo, should Apple decide to increase the battery size on its iPhone 11R, which has not been confirmed yet, it probably equips the phone with a 3,089mAh battery.

In addition, the company is said to offer the 18W quick charger for its 2019 iPhones at launch. But, it seems like Apple is not planning to get rid of the Lightning port to use USB Type-C for its handsets this year. A USB Type-C to Lightning port cable will be offered by the company to those who purchase new iPhones following years, which replaces USB Type-A to Lightning port accessory. Apple is said to equip its next year’s iPhones with this change. With a fast charger in the box, those buying new iPhones will save around US$50. And the chargers included in current iPhones are only 5W.
It is expected that Apple will unveil its 2019 iPhones in coming September. All three devices will come with A13 chipset produced on the 7nm process and run iOS 13 out-of-the-box. Regarding the operating system on Apple’s smartphones, we should know more about the whole new features added during WWDC 2019. Besides, the annual developer conference of Apple will begin on 3 June.
