Nokia 2.4 Arrives In India: 4,500mAh Battery, 6.5" Display, ₹10,399 Price Tag

Nokia 2.4 is the next budget smartphone that HMD Global has brought to India and it is now available for pre-ordering in the country.

After making its first debut in September, the Nokia 2.4 finally arrives in India. It is a budget smartphone from HMD Global that launched earlier in the year along with the Nokia 8.3 5G and Nokia 3.4. However, the other two phones are yet to reach the Indian market. Highlights of this phone include a 6.5-inch display, 4,500 mAh battery, and an Helio P22 chipset.

Nokia 2.4: Price in India & Availability
The Nokia 2.4 price in India is Rs. 10,399 for the only variant (3GB RAM + 64GB storage). The price shows that it is positioned between the Nokia 5.3 and Nokia 2.3. The phone also debuted in Europe in a 2GB + 32GB model, but it seems like that version isn't available in India.
You can pre-order the phone exclusively via Nokia India website. However, you can wait until December 4 to purchase the phone through Flipkart and Amazon. Dusk, Fjord, and Charcoal are three color options for this phone.
Nokia 2.4: Specifications & Features
The device features a 6.5-inch display with HD+ (1,600 x 720p) resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a dew-drop notch at the top for a selfie camera. Powering the phone is an Helio P22 chipset, aided by 3GB RAM and 64GB storage, which is expandable with a microSD card. The device is a part of the Android One program, running on Android 10 out of the box. It is also guaranteed to get upgraded to Android 11 in the near future. Under the hood, it packs a 4,500 mAh battery that only supports the standard 5G charging solution.

Around the back of the Nokia 2.4, HMD Global only uses a dual-camera lens setup, which are a 13MP primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP secondary camera for portrait photography. You can also take selfie shots with a single 5MP camera housed inside the front dew-drop notch. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, micro-USB port, and 4G LTE. Other notable features include a Google Assistant button, a rear-mounted fingerprint reader for biometrics security, and IPX2 Ingress resistance. Finally, the device weighs 189g and measures 165.85x76.3x8.69mm.
