Benchmark scores might not be the most reliable indication when picking a phone but they can give you a general idea of what you may expect from it. So before you go for a smartphone, remember to check for its performance on sites like Geekbench and AnTuTu.
Meizu 16s Benchmarked On AnTuTu
In a recent test, Meizu 16s is one of the top performers in the Android category on Antutu, scoring 3,74,190. The second place belongs to Xiaomi Mi 9. Meizu has not been released yet but it has come to the public’s notice a few times by appearing on TENAA and some press renders. This new position marks an enhancement for Meizu 16s as it performs 15% better than in the last one. It is now one of the candidates for the leading spot.
According to a post of a Meizu’s engineer, the phone has a consistent performance throughout multiple tests. It has managed to beat many other more well-known names like Xiaomi Mi 9, Asus Zenfone 6Z, Oppo Reno 10x Zoom, and many others.
Meizu 16s Specifications
Before appearing on AnTuTu, Meizu 16s had been spotted on TENAA with most of its specifications. There is also an image so that we can have a first look at the phone.
From what we can make out on TENAA, the phone might feature 6.2-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display. More interestingly, it could have no notch at all. The minimum bezels also contribute to the contemporary look of the phone.
The Meizu 16s may come with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with RAM of 8GB, and onboard storage of 256GB.
The phone may sport a dual camera setup with one 48MP snapper and LED flash. No further information is revealed about the secondary one. On the other side, there could be a 20MP camera.
