After a long period of "staying silent", HTC has just launched a new cheap smartphone called HTC Wildfire R70. The phone is a product exclusively for India and Thailand and will be available soon, although the exact price has not been disclosed at the moment. The latest smartphone before the Wildfire R70 is HTC Desire 12S, launched in November last year.

HTC Wildfire R70 is equipped with 6.53 inch IPS LCD screen, supports HD + resolution (720 x 1560 pixels), 19.5: 9 aspect ratio and has a "water-drop" design. Inside, it has the hardware power of MediaTek's Helio P23 processor, combined with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card.
The most striking highlight on the HTC Wildfire R70 is probably the rear camera cluster. The phone has a vertically arranged triple camera system on the back, including a 16MP main sensor with f / 1.75 aperture, a 2MP f / 2.4 macro sensor, and a 2MP f / 2.4 depth sensor. Meanwhile, the selfie camera placed in the water-drop notch of the device has an 8MP resolution and f / 2.0 aperture.

HTC Wildfire R70 comes with a 4,000mAh battery, charged at 10W through the old micro-USB port. The device has dual SIM slots and supports LTE connectivity, 2.4GHz b / g / n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm headphone jack. To take care of the software side of things, it comes pre-installed with Android 9 Pie.
This smartphone has two color versions for users to choose, including Blue and Black. Although there is no official information, HTC may soon announce the HTC Wildfire R70 price in the near future.
