HTC has been pretty quiet in the smartphone industry with very few new offerings. Now, the brand has introduced the HTC Desire 19s as the direct successor to the Desire 12s launched last year. Its front is covered with a 6.2-inch display with a water-drop notch to house a selfie camera. At the back, it has a triple camera cluster with a 13MP main sensor and a fingerprint reader for biometric security. In terms of design, its rear panel is divided into two parts, one with a glossy glass design and the other featuring a textured finish.

HTC Desire 19s: Price
The new HTC Desire 19s’s price is set at 5,990 TWD (roughly Rs. 14,100). It is up for grabs in either Yashi Black or Free Blue hues. You can already get the phone in Taiwan, but details regarding its international launch are still unknown at the moment.

HTC Desire 19s: Features & Specifications
HTC packs a 6.2-inch display on the Desire 19s, which supports HD+ resolution. There is an Helio P22 octa-core chipset lying at its core alongside 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage (can be expanded up to 1TB with a microSD card). For software, it runs on Android 9 Pie with the company’s SenseUI on top. To protect the handset, the brand goes for a fingerprint reader on its rear panel for biometric authentication. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, GPS, USB-C port, and 4G LTE. Under the hood, it has a 3,850 mAh battery fueling the entire setup.
Moving to the camera department, there is a 16MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture on the front for selfies or video calls. Its triple camera cluster on the rear consists of a 13MP main sensor with f/1.9 aperture, a 5MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 5MP depth-sensing snapper with f/2.2 aperture.
