Full Specifications Of Upcoming iQOO Phone Revealed On TENAA Listing

The upcoming iQOO smartphone was just spotted on China's TENAA with a Snapdragon 855 SoC, up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO previously confirmed that its first smartphone will launch on 1 March. Previous reports also revealed that the device with model number Vivo 1824 surfaced on benchmarking sites Geekbench as well as Master Lu was indeed the first iQOO smartphone. Just ahead of the release date, the Vivo 1824BA and V1824A variants of the alleged iQOO phone have got approval from TENAA. The listing on TENAA of the Vivo handset have also revealed pretty much all of its specifications as well as features. However, there is no photo of the device on the listing.
The forthcoming iQOO phone is tipped to be a gaming phone. The listing on TENAA shows that the phone will be powered by the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 855 chipset. The listing of the model Vivo V1824A also reveals that the phone will come in at least two options - 8GB of RAM/128GB of storage and 12GB of RAM/256GB of storage while the model Vivo V1824BA packs 6GB RAM/128GB storage. The other specifications of the two models are pretty much the same.
Dimensions of the upcoming iQOO smartphone are tipped to be 157.69 x 76.2 x 8.51mm, and its weight is 196g. It sports a 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 px. For security, there is an under-display fingerprint sensor. It hasn’t been confirmed that the phone will have a notch on top of the display or not.
In the imaging department, the phone will likely sport a triple camera setup, comprising of a 13MP main sensor paired with 12MP and 2MP sensors. On the front, there will be a 12MP selfie camera for taking selfies and video calling. The phone will come in two colour options Red and Blue, as confirmed in the official poster of the handset posted on iQOO’s Weibo page.
Vivo also confirmed via a previous teaser that the phone will be backed by a 4,000 mAh cell even though the listing on TENAA listed its battery capacity to be 3,920 mAh. The confirmed feature also includes the 44W fast charging support, a USB type-C port, Super HDR, and also 4D shock support for a better gaming experience.
