Previously, we reported a few specifications of the iQOO Neo 5, which was later confirmed by the phone’s listing on Google Play Console. Now, the handset has just been spotted on Geekbench by tipster Abhishek Yadav along with some new details. It again confirms previous speculations about the phone running a Snapdragon 870 SoC. This version of the iQOO Neo 5 is running on Android 11 on Geekbench with 8GB RAM. The setup helps it achieve 951 points in the single-core test and 3,359 points in the multi-core test. The scores are in line with other Snapdragon 870-powered phones like the Moto Edge S, which also visited Geekbench recently.
The handset was also listed on China’s 3C certification website and the listing there revealed that the device will support 66W wired fast charging technology and come with a compatible fast charger. If the Neo 5 will indeed arrive with a 4,000 mAh battery per a previous tip, you can expect the phone to be fully charged in just 30 minutes.
iQOO Neo 5: Specifications & Price (expected)
The Neo 5 is tipped to feature an AMOLED panel with Full-HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a punch-hole cutout for a single 8MP selfie camera. According to the aforementioned Geekbench listing, the device will be equipped with a Snapdragon 870 chipset and 8GB of RAM. However, we also expect to see a 12GB RAM option as well. It will run on the latest Android 11 at launch with Vivo’s Origin OS on top.

For photography, the rear camera setup will reportedly include three lenses, led by a 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor. The other units in the setup are tipped to be a 2MP sensor (could be for portrait or macro shots) and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens.
As for the iQOO Neo 5 price, the base option with 8GB RAM + 128GB storage of this phone could be retailed at CNYT 2,998 (around Rs. 33,600).
