ASUS Zenfone 5 Max With Android 9 Pie, 4GB RAM And Snapdragon 660

The ASUS Zenfone 5 Max has been spotted in the database of the benchmarking platform Geekbench in March. Moreover, the unreleased ASUS Zenfone is rumored to be powered with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core SoC. Recently, the handset has also received the Wi-Fi certification from the Wi-Fi Alliance. As the device has been spotted on the Geekbench database, ASUS seems set to launch the Zenfone 5 soon.
Besides, the Geekbench database also revealed some key specifications and features that the device is expected to offer. So far, there's still no specific information about the phone's storage configurations option. However, the device is said to have 4 gigabytes of RAM. Moreover, the unreleased phone is also rumored to have the ASUS Custom UI based on Android Pie and powered with the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor out of the box. According to the Geekbench database, the ASUS Zenfone 5 Max got 1,516 points marks on the single-core test and 5,408 marks in the multi-core test.

In the camera department, the flagship will have a dual cameras setup on the back. Additional, the leaks also suggest that the handset might come with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The phone is also rumored to pack a massive 5,000mAh battery capacity which can apparently last for 2 days. In addition, the phone can take microSD cards of up to 512GB. And along with Wi-Fi and LTE, other standard connectivity features such as Bluetooth FM, Micro USB slot, and more are all presumed to be supported.
Asus has not provided any information on the price and international availability of the smartphone yet. However, the device is expected to price at roughly Rs 31,855 (About 400 Euro). Moreover, because the company is rumored to debut the ZenFone 6 series early next year, you can absolutely expect to see the launch of the ZenFone 5 Max Pro very soon.
