Vivo To Launch The First Experiential Flagship Store In Mumbai

Once the operation of this experiential flagship store goes into orbit, customers living in the Thane/Mumbai region will be able to experience product features in a unique way.

Last Saturday, the Chinese phone maker Vivo officially announced the launch of an experiential flagship store in India, which is conveniently located in Thane, Maharashtra. Generally speaking, this Vivo-owned center is a part of the company’s expansion plans in 2020 to bolster its footprint in the Indian smartphone market.

The said experiential flagship store is about 1800 sq. ft. in area. In addition to this launch, it’s claimed that Vivo would soon open 20 similar stores throughout state capitals and metros in order to make the best offline retail space for distinct experiences.

Once the operation goes into orbit, customers living in the Thane/Mumbai region will be able to experience such a one-of-a-kind retail center that directly offers product features in a unique way. For instance, it houses an interactive touch-enabled LED screen for visualizing features between smartphones, giving customers an easier comparison. The center also features three special zones for smartphone enthusiasts, including Customer Interaction, Gaming, and VR. Those intending to opt for a Vivo smartphone will be allowed to engage with their wanted gadgets in a cutting-edge, immersive environment.

Customer Interaction zone: Also called “Accessory and IoT zone”, this zone showcases a wide variety of Vivo smart devices and accessories.

Gaming Experience zone: Customers who love gaming on the smartphone will have a chance to test out the latest Ultra Game Mode feature. While having the mode run, users can specifically customize the settings of every game in quest of bettering the overall performance as well as saving battery life.

VR zone: Customers will be presented with the exceptional AI-enabled photography process from several Vivo-branded devices.

As for the Indian market, Vivo has also planned to launch two new smartphones, Vivo X30 Pro and Vivo V19. The Vivo V19 will be released in India next month with a price tag of around Rs. 25,000 while the Vivo X30 Pro has already gone on sale in China with a starting price of CNY 3,998 (around Rs. 40,600).
