Vivo is said to working on the next offering in the Vivo V-series called Vivo V19. Recently, Vivo India was said to start the pre-order of the series by the end of this month. Now, a new report reveals that the upcoming Vivo V19 will be released in India next month. It is also said to be the first phone from Vivo to feature a dual selfie camera setup housed on a punch-hole.

According to an insider cited on the report, the Vivo V19 will come with a punch-hole display with a pill-shaped cut-out to house two selfie cameras, but details of the setup are unknown. It could include a main camera and a depth-sensing unit. Around the back, it might sport a quad-camera lens system since its predecessor Vivo V17 that launched several months ago already had quad rear cameras. In addition, The phone could also be equipped with an under-display fingerprint sensor just like its predecessor.
Aside from the Vivo V19, the brand might release a Pro model called V19 Pro. To recall, the Vivo V17 lineup include two models Vivo V17 and V17 Pro. The latter was announced in September 2019 with quad rear cameras and a Snapdragon 675 SoC. It was also equipped with dual selfie cameras, but they were housed in a pop-up module instead of a pill-shaped punch-hole. The setup includes a 32MP main sensor and an 8MP wide-angle camera.

Interestingly, the Vivo V19 and Vivo V19 Pro will not be released at the same time. The latter is said to arrive in the country ahead of its sibling. The brand is tipped to release the lineup in the Indian Premier League cricket tournament, starting from 29 March in the country. The series is speculated to be priced from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000.
