Xiaomi Mi Note 10 (also known as Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro in China) is a mid-range smartphone that launched last November. The handset was the first smartphone by Xiaomi to come with a 108MP sensor and penta rear camera setup. It has a powerful performance, great camera setup, advanced features, but how about its durability?. Renowned YouTuber JerryRigEverything has just answered this question on his latest video as he took the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 to a rigorous durability test. The result might be a piece of good news to those that are hesitating to purchase the phone.

According to the video, the body of the Xiaomi Mi 10 fared pretty well in the scratch test thanks to the Gorilla Glass. Similar to other high-end smartphones, it got scratches at level 6 and deeper groove at level 7. The selfie camera and the rear camera setup were also unharmed despite going through similar rough testing that means it is highly unlikely to be harmed in regular use. Next, the phone’s display went through a heat test by a fire from a lighter and it also survived the test. Finally, it lived through the final best test by Jerry, who said afterward that the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 “might be the most structurally solid smartphone that Xiaomi has ever built”. It seems like the Mi Note 10 not only has solid performance / price, but its durability is also worth paying for.
