Xiaomi recently launched a gaming-centric smartphone for gamers called Black Shark 3 Pro with a 7.1-inch screen and it seems that the company is also looking to launch another model with a similar display on the Xiaomi Mi 10 series.

Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro both have quite large 6.67-inch screens, equivalent to many leading flagship models today. However, it is still not the biggest because, in recent times, there have been some smartphones launched with even bigger screens.
The most notable one is the newly launched Black Shark 3 Pro with a massive 7.1-inch display. A reliable source from China recently said that Xiaomi could launch a new version of the Mi 10 with the same screen size.

The report comes from the famous leaker Digital Chat Station. On Weibo, he said that Xiaomi will launch a smartphone with a very large screen, called Xiaomi Mi 10 S (may also be Mi 10S) and it could make its debut in the other half of this year.
Xiaomi has not yet confirmed this news, but we will not be surprised because as mentioned above, Xiaomi has just launched the gaming-centric Black Shark 3 Pro with a 7.1-inch display.
The screen size is the only information we know about the Mi 10 S so far. However, it is likely that the device will come with a powerful configuration, possibly the Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset (an upgrade version of the Snapdragon 865), which is also expected to launch in the second half of this year.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 S may come with a bigger battery than the Mi 10 (4,780 mAh) along with more advanced wired and wireless charging technology.
