Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro With 108MP Camera Tipped To Debut On October 24

Xiaomi seems to be launching a new CC9 series smartphone phone on October 24, dubbed Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro and it is tipped to feature a 108-megapixel camera.

In July 2019, Xiaomi introduced the CC9 smartphone series including Mi CC9e, Mi CC9, and Mi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition.
However, a source from China stated that Xiaomi is preparing to launch a new CC9 model on October 24. The smartphone may be named Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro and is expected to be equipped with a 108 MP camera.
The leaker also said that the Mi CC9 Pro will be powered by a Snapdragon 730G chipset, but other details have not been revealed.
It is expected that the Mi CC9 Pro will have the same design as the Mi CC9. In addition, it may also come with many similar specifications. Therefore, the Mi CC9 Pro can be equipped with a screen with a dewdrop notch, an in-display fingerprint sensor and runs the latest MIUI 11 based on the Android 9 Pie.
Currently, Xiaomi is offering the Mi CC9 in China. Accordingly, the 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM version is priced at CNY1,699 (roughly Rs. 17,000) while the 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM has the price of CNY1,899 (roughly Rs. 19,000). The Mi CC9 was renamed to the Mi 9 Lite in the international markets.
The Mi CC9 sports a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, and an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 710 chipset. In terms of imaging capabilities, the phone comes with a triple rear camera setup on the back including a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor, an 8MP sensor, and a 2 MP sensor. On the front, the handset has a 32MP selfie camera.
The device has a big 4,030 mAh battery with the support for the 18W fast charging tech. In addition, the handset has a USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone port, and NFC among other connectivity options.
