Xiaomi launched the Mi CC9 smartphone in July last year, drawing much attention thanks to the penta-camera cluster at the back with a 108MP sensor. According to the latest leak, Xiaomi is developing and may launch the Mi CC10 also in July. The smartphone will continue to inherit the most outstanding camera features, especially the capability of 12x optical zoom and 120x digital zoom.

According to leaked sources, the Mi CC10 will be equipped with a 108MP camera sensor, but not Samsung's HMX sensor, which has been used on Mi CC9 Pro, Mi 10, and Mi 10 Pro. The 108MP sensor on Mi CC10 could be an improved version, revealed under the code name ‘HM2’.
The Mi CC10 will be equipped with a new telephoto lens, with up to 12x optical zoom and 120x digital zoom. To get such impressive zoom capabilities, the Mi CC10 will definitely have a periscope lens system. Currently, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is the smartphone with the most impressive zoom feature, but it has only reached 100x digital and 4x optical zoom.
In addition, Mi CC10 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 775G processor, the most powerful mid-range line that Qualcomm has just launched. With Snapdragon 775G chip, Mi CC10 will also be capable of supporting 5G and NFC connectivity.
Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro: Specifications & Features
The Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro packs a 6.47” curved OLED panel with FHD+ resolution. The 32MP selfie camera is housed in a water-drop notch on top of the display. At the back, it rocks a penta-camera system, that includes a massive 108MP main sensor with a large 1/1.33” pixel size, an aperture of f/1.69, and OIS. This sensor is the same one that was used on the Xiaomi Mi MIX Alpha. Paired with the primary sensor are a 12MP portrait lens with 2x optical zoom; a 5MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom, and OIS; a 20MP camera with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP dedicated macro lens.

As mentioned, powering the phone is a Snapdragon 730G chipset. It will come in three memory configurations, which are 6GB RAM / 64GB of storage, 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage, and 12GB RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage. You can expand its storage further with a microSD card (up to 256GB). In terms of software, it will ship with the latest Android MIUI 11, which is based on Android 9.0 Pie. The whole thing is powered by a massive 5,260 mAh battery, supported by 30W quick charging solution. According to the brand, the massive battery can be quickly recharged from 0 to 58 percent in just 30 minutes, while it takes only 65 minutes to fully refill the whole capacity.

Other notable features include an on-screen fingerprint reader for biometric security, NFC support, breathing-like LED lights on its side, and Hi-Res audio. The device measures 157.8x74.2x9.67 mm and weighs 208 grams.
