Xiaomi Mi Band 4 Reached 1 Million Units Sold In 8 Days

Xiaomi's global spokesperson just announces that its Xiaomi Mi Band 4 just reached 1 million units sold in just 8 days after launching.

Xiaomi announced its Mi Band 4 earlier in the month with a colour display and also better sports recognition. The Xiaomi smart wearable quickly impressed the Chinese buyers so much that more than 1 million devices were sold in just 8 days since its launch. The news is announced by Xiaomi's global spokesperson Donovo Sung via his Twitter. It is only now available for sale in other markets today, sadly  and it will be available in Europe under the name Mi Smart Band 4.

According to the company, there were more than 5,000 units shipped per hour at some point, making the device the fastest-shipping wearable ever by Xiaomi. It is equipped with a larger AMOLED touchscreen panel and a higher resolution and 2.5D curved glass. Moreover, it offers a lot of features that users would want in a fitness tracker at a price tag that people can't really bargain anymore. Other features include Bluetooth 5.0, six-axis sensor, heart-rate monitor, and AI assistant functionality via the company's AI assistant.

Xiaomi Mi Band 4: Price & Availability

The Mi Band 4 is priced at RMB 169 (around Rs. 1,700) for the base variant while you need to pay RMB 229 (around Rs. 2,300) for the variant with NFC for wireless payment. In Italy and Spain, the Mi Stores list the wearable at €35 (around Rs. 2,700).

Unfortunately, its launch date in India is currently unknown which is quite strange since Xiaomi has established a very solid standing in the Indian market, in which it is the number one phone maker -- even bigger than Apple, Huawei, and Samsung. Hopefully, we will hear about its availability in India soon.
