Apple's most recent flagship, the iPhone XS, XS Max, and the colorful and cheaper iPhone XR is considered as the perfect combination of software and hardware with upgraded internals. But being new doesn't excuse having problems. Apple recently confirmed an issue related to the new iPhone dual sim function.

One of the new features of the new iPhone is dual-SIM support. However, Verizon has recently confirmed that some user is unable to connect to 4G or even 3G when they use their dual-SIM function. For this reason, Verizon has temporarily suspended support until late 2019.
In another move, AT&T and T-Mobile have also announced that they will postpone its support to dual sim on the new iPhone.
Verizon explained:

This implies that all customer can be restricted in terms of 2G CDMA network service and it only happens when using another carrier for the eSim and Verizon as your physical sim.

Verizon was aware of the problem and chose to suspend eSIM. They have also promised a fix in the near future and then will start supporting the feature.

Furthermore, Apple also has another problem, according to Forbes:

This seems like a big deal to Apple because the future of mobile connectivity is 5G and that’s is what buyers want.
