Life is unpredictable, but no matter what happens, Apple will surely launch a new iPhone. That is the part we can 100% believe in, but there is another piece of information that has not yet to be confirmed by the company but tells us a lot about what we can expect. The latest iPhone may feature a triple camera setup. This rumor has been around for a while, and many sources have confirmed that the phone will have another lens on its 2019 version.
This rumor originated from Macotakara, a blog about Apple in Japanese. 9 to 5 Mac then reported it and later the Chinese supply chain joins the pack. They claimed that the new iPhone would have three cameras on the rear. On the other side, the screen will measure 6.1 inches to 6.5 inches. Apart from the part which tells us that iPhone will have a third lens, the size of the display is yet another exciting piece of news which suggests that we may have a bigger screen on this new model.
The triple camera arrangement is believed to be the main reason why Apple gives the new iPhone a larger screen. However, do not get your hopes up just yet. We have not heard a word from Apple denying or confirming any of this. Rumor, no matter how credible it might sound, should be viewed with a certain degree of skepticism in mind.
If the third camera and the larger screen size turn out to be true, we may have to prepare for a boost in price. Judging the way Apple increase what it asks for its handsets in the last few years, this new iPhone might go over the $1,000 mark. The company has not shown any sign of a 5G compatible device, which might push the releasing date of the iPhone in question to 2020.
