You might have heard that 5G is the next big thing in telecommunication and is currently the trend now. Rumor has it that the upcoming smartphone from Samsung, the Galaxy Note 10, might have 5G cellular networks.

This may turn out to be accurate, given the followings:
The Galaxy Note has always been where Samsung squeezes everything possible into, so if the company wants to offer 5G again, the Galaxy Note 10 is a strong candidate. This is not the first time such a rumor surface so there should have been a reason. We know for sure that Samsung is planning on another phone with 5G after its Galaxy S10 and the phone might be released this year. The timeline is fit for what Samsung usually does with its Note lineup.
However, the most likely reason why we should believe so is that Hans Vestberg, CEO of Verizon Communications, said so in the company’s earnings call of Q1 2019. He confirmed that both the Galaxy and the Note releasing this year would have 5G. Verizon does have an LG smartphone with the new network, which might be the LG V50 ThinQ, which retains the design of the V40 model but with the next generation support. The company explained that since it wanted to give customers a 5G phone as soon as possible, it had to reuse what the V40’s design.
If you are on the lookout for a 5G-enabled smartphone from Samsung, it is best to wait until there are some reviews on how the Galaxy Note 10 performs, given that it will have 5G cellular networks. This advice is because anything new will takes time to mature, just look at the situation of the Galaxy Fold right now. So why do not save yourself some money by delaying the purchasing time to until we have more information.
