Samsung Galaxy S21 series is now available for pre-booking in India.
The official date for the phone’s sale is January 29 but those who pre-ordered will get their device starting January 25.
Other benefits coming with the pre-order are Samsung E-Shop vouchers worth up to Rs 10,000 and Galaxy SmartTags. However, the sweetest deal is arguably the Galaxy Buds+ and Travel Adapter or a Galaxy Watch Active 2. Some buyers can even avail of up to Rs 10,000 of HDFC Bank cashback or up to Rs 5,000 of upgrade Bonus.
Samsung Galaxy S21 sports a 6.2-inch display while the S21 Plus has a 6.7-inch screen. Software-wise, they run on One UI 3.1 based on Android 11. Under the hood, the phones are powered by the Samsung Exynos 2100 processor.
Users have the choice to acquire the phones with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM. For onboard storage, the two options are 128GB or 256GB.
The camera setup is made up of a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-angle, and a 64-megapixel telephoto lens. They can shoot videos at 8K and 24FPS.
The Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus draw power from a 4000mAh and 4800mAh battery respectively. They both support wired and wireless 25W charging. Following Apple’s footsteps, Samsung has omitted the charging brick this year, citing environmental concerns.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, the more premium phone of the three, sports a quad-camera setup and has support for the S Pen stylus. The front of the phone is dominated by a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The high-end phone is powered by an Exynos 2100 processor paired with either 12GB or 16GB of RAM. The options for inbuilt storage are 256GB and 512GB.
On the rear, the camera setup consists of a 108-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide snapper, and two 10-megapixel telephoto lenses. There is a 5,000 mAh battery to power the whole thing.
Samsung Galaxy S21 with 128GB of onboard storage and 8GB of RAM is retailed for Rs 69,999. For the 256GB variant, users will have to shell out Rs 73,999.
The base variant of Galaxy S21 Plus with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM comes at a price of Rs 81,999. For 256GB of RAM, users will have to pay Rs 85,999.
The high-end Galaxy S21 Ultra is retailed for Rs 1,05,999 for the 256GB of storage and 12Gb of RAM. Paying Rs 1,16,999 and you will get the phone with 512GB of storage and 16GB of RAM.
