Samsung will officially launch its next high-end series, Samsung Galaxy S21, on January 14th. Ahead of the official launch, WinFuture has confirmed some previous details. For example, the curved displays we have seen for a long time will be replaced by flat screens on the S21 and S21 Plus. In addition, the rear camera cluster has also been redesigned and moved to the side of the smartphone.

According to WinFuture, the display on both the S21 and S21 Plus will have a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, which is lower than that of their predecessor, which has QHD+ resolution (3200 x 1440 pixels). Both of them will still have a 120Hz refresh rate, with the option of going down to 60Hz.
The main rear camera sensors of the S21 and S21 Plus are still the same as those used in the S20 and S20 Plus, including a 12MP sensor with 1 / 1.76-inch pixel, an f / 1.8 lens, and OIS. The 10MP selfie camera and the 12MP super wide-angle rear camera are also the same.
However, the telephoto camera could be different. It could have a smaller pixel size, but the same resolution and pixel size, at 64MP and 0.8 micrometers, respectively. The telephoto camera has optical image stabilization, which is likely to support 3x optical zoom. Samsung appears to have eliminated the time-of-flight sensor on the Galaxy S21 Plus, as it did with the Note20 Ultra.

In addition to the camera specifications, the leak also mentioned a few more key specifications of the two phones. The Galaxy S21 will come with a 4,000 mAh battery, while the Galaxy S21 Plus will be fueled by a slightly larger battery with a capacity of 4,800 mAh. WinFuture also confirmed the S21 and S21 Plus will be equipped with 8GB of RAM, 128GB or 256GB storage. The Exynos 2100 processor will be used in the European version, while the Snapdragon 888 chipset will be used on the US version.
The source also revealed that the price of S21 is from 849 EUR (around Rs. 76,300) and S21 Plus is from 1,049 EUR (around Rs. 94,300) in the European market.
