The latest affordable flagship phone from Samsung, Galaxy S10e, is now up for sale in the Indian market via both offline and online channels. The latest Samsung flagship also comes with the latest flagship SoC, a great design, better camera setups, and also wireless charging support. But when it comes to affordable flagship smartphones, we can’t ignore the much-liked OnePlus 6T. Samsung Galaxy S10e vs. OnePlus 6T: Price & Availability
The OnePlus 6T’s price starts from Rs. 37,999 in the Indian market for the base option with 6GB of RAM/128GB of storage. The variant with 8GB of RAM/128GB of storage is priced at Rs. 41,999. It is up for sale via Amazon.in, Reliance Digital stores and Croma Retail.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S10e costs Rs. 55,999 for the option with 6GB of RAM/128GB of storage. It is up for sale via both offline and online channels.
Samsung Galaxy S10e vs. OnePlus 6T: Design & Display

Both the OnePlus 6T and Galaxy S10e both have glass design on both their front and back as well as a metal frame. Galaxy S10e’s glass back design enable reverse wireless charging and also wireless charging feature while the OnePlus 6T doesn’t support either of those features.

Up front, both of the handsets sport an FHD+ AMOLED display, with the S10e comes with a dynamic AMOLED one with a crazy 1,200nits brightness. It has a 5.8-inch display with a small cut-out housing a selfie camera while the OnePlus 6T features a larger 6.41-inch display with a dewdrop notch on top housing selfie camera and sensors.

There are two versions of the Galaxy S10e packing Samsung’s Exynos 9820 chipset or Snapdragon 855 SoC. However, the Indian version will come with an Exynos 9820 chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM/128GB of storage. Meanwhile, the OnePlus offering comes with a Snapdragon 845 chipset coupled with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM/128GB of storage. OnePlus also offers a special edition of the 6T, called OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition, with 256GB of internal storage / 10GB of RAM.

On the camera front, both of them sport a dual camera setup on the rear. The OnePlus 6T’s camera setup includes a 16MP main sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and a 20MP secondary sensor with an f/1.7 and a telephoto lens for portrait mode and 2X zoom. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy S10e has a 12MP main sensor with a dual aperture of f/1.5 and f/2.4 and a 16MP ultra-wide angle camera to take wide-angle pictures. On the front, it comes with a 10MP selfie camera for selfies and video calls.

Powering the OnePlus 6T is a 3,700 mAh cell with 20W fast charging support while the Galaxy S10e is backed by a smaller 3,100 mAh battery with only 10W fast charging support. As for the software, both of them run the latest Android 9.0 Pie on top of their respective UIs.

They both come with standard connectivity options, including dual SIM Slots, Bluetooth, USB-C port, and 4G LTE with VoLTE. Despite being the more recent phone, the Galaxy S10e still comes with a headphone jack, which isn’t included in the OnePlus offering. As for security, they both have Facial recognition, with the Galaxy S10e comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in its power button and the OnePlus having an on-screen fingerprint sensor.
