Samsung Galaxy A70 With Triple Rear Cameras Finally Launches In India

Just a few days ago, the Samsung latest phone in the Galaxy A series, the mid-range Galaxy A70 was confirmed to come to India very soon. Now, the South Korean phone maker finally released the mid-range offering in the country. The phone packs a Snapdragon 675 SoC, an on-screen fingerprint scanner, a triple camera setup, and a large 4,500mAh cell with 25W fast charging support. Up front, there is a massive 6.7-inch Super AMOLED panel and it ships with Samsung’s One UI at launch which is based on the latest Android 9 Pie.
Galaxy A70: Availability & Price
The Galaxy A70 will set you back by Rs. 28,990 and it is expected to be up for sale in the country from 1 May in three color variants, including Black, White, and Blue. For buyers who pre-order the phone from 20 April to 30 April can buy a U Flex Bluetooth headphone that worth Rs. 3,799 for a much cheaper price at Rs. 999.
Galaxy A70: Specs & Features
The phone sports a massive 6.7-inch Super AMOLED panel with a Full-HD+ (2,400 x 1,080p) resolution and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Powering the phone is an octa-core Snapdragon 675 processor with six efficiency cores clocked at 1.7GHz and two performance cores clocked at 2GHz. As for memory configuration, it will come in two options, 6GB of RAM/128GB of storage model and 8GB of RAM/128GB of storage variant.
Its connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, 4G LTE VoLTE, and Bluetooth. As for security, it comes with an under-display fingerprint sensor similar to the flagship Galaxy S10. It also supports the Facial Recognition feature for extra security measure. In terms of software, it runs Samsung’s OneUI which is based on the latest Android 9.0 Pie. Powering the phone is a large 4,500mAh cell with support for 25W fast charging.
On the imaging front, it sports a triple camera setup, including a 32MP main sensor with an aperture of f/1.7, a secondary 8MP ultra-wide lens with an aperture of f/2.2, and a 5MP depth sensor with an aperture of f/2.2. Up front, it comes with a 32MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture for taking selfies and video calling.
