Samsung Galaxy S10 Will Feature A Massive 6.7-inch Display And 6 Cameras

The Samsung Galaxy S10 has been rumored to feature a 6.7-inch screen, 6 cameras, and 5G support along with three non-5G models.

South Korea’s giant phone maker is expected to release its latest flagship phone - the Galaxy S10 early next years. The new phone will be the 10th edition of the Samsung Galaxy S series.

Reportedly, the device is internally known as Beyond X. According to the Wall Street Journal, the phone will have 6 cameras ( 2 in the front and 4 in the back). Moreover, it will feature a huge 6.7 inches screen and also support for the next-generation 5G network.

The report also said that there are three other models of the Galaxy S10 codenamed “beyond 0”, “beyond 1”, “beyond 2”. Those models are expected to range in size from 5.8 inches to 6.4 inches and feature between 3 to 5 cameras.

At the most recent Developers Conference, Samsung unveiled some diagram of few different displays named Infinity U, V, O as well as the New Infinity which is almost bezel-less display design.

Undoubtedly, the 6 cameras that attract attention the most. As you may know, Samsung already has dual front camera phones on the market - the A8 and A8+. However, this new handset would be an enormous step forward in the company's camera. In comparison with that, Huawei has already released its Magic 2 phone with six cameras which include three sensors both front and back of the phone.

Wall Street Journal also stated that 5G is not built is not built into the latest Exynos Chip which means Samsung might have to jump ship to Qualcomm if they want 5G support on its newest phone. The report also implies that the 5G model is only coming to the US and South Korea.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 is planned to be available in February 2019. The new handset is expected to announce at the next year’s Mobile World Congress show. Recently, Samsung unveiled its foldable phone at its Developer Conference in San Francisco and the phone is also expected to be launched in March 2019. The company is going all in to make these devices truly revolutionary to shore up its declining phone business.
