Redmi 7 Listed On TENAA With 6.26-Inch HD+ Display, 3,900mAh Battery, Dual Rear Cameras

The upcoming budget Xiaomi phone, Redmi 7, was just spotted on a TENAA listing, revealing pretty much all of its specifications and design as well.

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi just announced the Redmi Note 7 Pro in the Indian market last week along with the Redmi Note 7. The upcoming budget Android phone of the company, Redmi 7, was just spotted on FCC earlier. And now, the phone was just listed on TENAA, revealing pretty much all specifications of the handset.
Redmi 7: Expected specifications & Features
The budget Redmi 7 will pack a 6.26-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1,520 x 720p. It may mean that the handset will come with a regular notch and an aspect ratio of 19:9. In China, it will come in a total of three configurations: 2GB of RAM/16GB of storage, 3GB of RAM/32GB of storage, and 4GB of RAM/64GB of storage. Like other phones in the Redmi brand, the phone will come with a microSD slot for expanding storage up to 256GB.
In the imaging department, it is listed to sport a vertically-stacked dual rear camera setup including a 12MP + 48MP sensors. Up front, it will come with an 8MP camera for taking selfies and video calling. In terms of color variants, it will come in various colour choices, including Gray, White, Green, Black, Purple, Blue, Pink, and Red. In terms of battery, it is listed on TENAA to pack a 3,900 mAh cell.
According to the Redmi 7 listing on TENAA, it will have dimensions of 158.65x76.43x8.9mm while the Redmi 6’s dimensions are 147.5x71.5.8.3mm. As for the design, the photos posted on TENAA reveal that the Redmi 7 will feature a gradient design on the back panel. Additionally, there will be a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and also a Redmi branding at the bottom.
In the software front, it is listed running the latest Android 9 Pie with possibly Xiaomi’s MIUI on top.
The Redmi 7 is all set to launch in an event in Madrid on 6 March.
