Redmi 10X 4G Launched: 48MP Quad Camera & Helio G85 For Rs. 10,000

At the launch event in China today, Redmi, Xiaomi's sub-brand has launched a series of new products, including two smartphones Redmi 10X and Redmi 10X Pro. Besides these two smartphones, Redmi also launched another Redmi 10X 4G version for the Chinese market.

Redmi 10X 4G: Price & Availability

The price of this phone is much more affordable than its siblings.

• 4GB RAM + 128GB storage: 999 CNY - around Rs. 10,600
• 6GB RAM + 128GB storage: 1,199 CNY - around RS. 12,700

It is already up for sales in China in three colorways, including Green, White, and Blue.

Redmi 10X 4G: Specifications & Features

With Redmi 10X 4G, instead of using the new MediaTek Dimensity 820 chipset, Xiaomi equips an Helio G85 chip for this smartphone, combined with 4G / 6GB RAM and 128GB memory. This model is surprisingly packed with a more beefy battery than the more-premium Redmi 10X duo. Instead of a 4,520mAh battery, the 10X 4G has a massive 5,020mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging tech. 

The handset is equipped with a 6.53-inch IPS LCD screen, featuring the punch-hole style instead of water-drop notch like the 10X & 10X Pro. The display also supports Full HD + resolution (2400 x 1080), 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and Gorilla Glass 5.

For photography, the 4G model is equipped with a cluster of four cameras including a 48MP wide-angle lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP portrait camera. It also has a 13MP selfie camera on the front.

Some other features of the Redmi 10X 4G include IP53 water and dust resistance, 3.5mm headphone jack, and infrared sensor.
