Realme X50 Pro 5G Price In India Leaked Ahead Of Official Launch

The Realme X50 Pro 5G price in India is revealed in a new leak, but it seems to contradict to a hint from Realme India's CMO Francis Wang.

Realme X50 Pro 5G has already been announced to launch in India on 24 February, making ít the first 5G phone in the country. Ahead of its official launch event, Realme has posted several teaser posters revealing its key specs and features.
Now, a fresh report has emerged suggesting the price of the forthcoming smartphone in India. According to an executive of the company, the Realme X50 Pro 5G will cost around Rs. 50,000 in the country. The price seems a bit too high considering that Realme is considered as one of the best budget brands in India, rivaling Redmi brand.
If this price is indeed true, Realme might face a lot of difficulties in selling the phone in the market given that Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is also about to release the gaming-centric iQOO 3 5G in India just one day after that. Moreover, the 5G model of the phone is said to be priced lower than Rs. 45,000 while the 4G model will only cost around Rs. 35,000.
Therefore, we suggest you take this news with a grain of salt and wait for the official announcement. In addition, it is also contradicting to a hint from Realme India’s CMO Francis Wang. In one of his recent tweets, Francis said that Realme wants to make its presence in the price range from Rs. 6,000 to 40,000 in India. If that tweet is true, then the Realme X50 Pro 5G could be priced below Rs. 40,000, but again, it could be a mistake on his part.
Realme X50 Pro 5G: Specifications & Features
Moving to the phone’s specifications, the company already confirmed that the smartphone will have a quad-camera lens setup at the back, comprising a 64MP main sensor. The device has also revealed to support features like SAT smooth zoom technology, seamless switching between video and photo mode, 20X hybrid zoom, and more.
The brand also reveals that the phone will feature Samsung’s Super AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate as well as E3 light-emitting material. According to previous leaks, the display will support FHD+ (1,080 x 2,400p) resolution and an aspect ratio of 20:9.
At the helm, there will be a Snapdragon 865 chipset along with a Snapdragon X55 5G model for dual-mode 5G connectivity. Paired with the chipset will be up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB storage. Finally, it will support the 65W SuperDart rapid charging solution.
