Second Sale Of Realme U1 At 6PM Today; First Batch Sold Out In Just Six Minutes

The first batch of the Realme U1 was sold out in just 6 minutes and there will be a second sale of the Realme U1 at 6 pm today.

Realme has only been around for a few months and yet it has gained considerable acceptance and popularity in the smartphone market in India. It now has five smartphones in its mobile portfolio and the latest addition is the Realme U1.
Realme U1 is the latest addition in the Realme's mobile portfolio
Realme is a formal subsidiary of the Chinese-owned Oppo. The company is formed by Sky Li, who was Oppo’s Vice president. Realme is out on the market on May 2018.
The Realme U1 focuses on selfie and was released around a week ago. However, it is only available from the 5th of December. According to the data released Realme, its U1 has had a flying start.
Realme said that the first flash sale was a success as the whole stock of 205,400 Realme U1 handsets was sold out in just 6 months. In their second sale at 06:00 pm on the 5th of December, Realme put in 100,000 more devices to meet the demand.
About the U1 specs, it has the spanking new Mediatek Helio P70 SoC, 32GB to 64GB of built-in storage as well as 3GB/4GB RAM. It also features water-drop style notch, the latest trend in smartphone design, and a 6.3-inch Full-HD display. The U1 will run Android 8 Oreo, plus Color OS 5.2 UI.
The Realme U1 is claimed to be the Selfie King with its 25MP front camera
As a selfie-centric smartphone, the U1 sports a 25MP front camera backed by several lighting modes and many AI-powered enhancements. The U1’s dual rear camera setup includes a 13MP main sensor and 2MP secondary depth sensor.
It is powered by a 3,500mAh battery and has all important connectivity you may ever need in a smartphone including GPS, FM, Wi-Fi, Active, 4G on both SIM cards, 3G and 4G, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and Micro-USB.
