Realme has just announced a new sub-brand called Narzo and Realme Narzo 10 and Realme Narzo 10A will be the first two smartphones in the series, which are confirmed to make their debut in India on 26 March via an online event at 12:30 pm. According to the teaser poster, the Narzo 10A will be the more affordable model with a triple camera setup while the Narzo 10 will have quad rear cameras. The former will be up for sales in at least Blue color variant, while the latter will come in at least a Green Tea color model. The brand also reveals the key specs of the two smartphones on its official website.
The upcoming Realme Narzo 10 will feature a quad-camera cluster on the rear, including a 48MP main camera, which could be Samsung’s GM1 or GM2 sensor. The company also confirms that the two smartphones will be powered by “A Class processor for the first time in India”. The exact names of the chipsets are unavailable for now. If the Realme Narzo 10 is indeed a rebranded model of the Realme 6i, we would see the Helio G80 chipset on this phone and that could make it the first phone in India to come with the Helio G80.
The website also confirms that the two Narzo smartphones will pack a beefy 5,000 mAh battery that supports fast charging technology. They will also both sport a 6.5-inch display with a water-drop notch at the top to accommodate a selfie shooter and a screen-to-body ratio of 89.8 percent.
It is only five days until their official launch on 2 March, so you won’t have to wait long for the full specs and pricing of the two phones. Going by what we know so far, we believe that the Narzo 10A and Narzo 10 could be positioned in the budget segment, right below the Realme 6.
