Realme C17 To Debut On September 21 With New Chipset & Quad Cameras

The upcoming Realme C17 will be announced on September 21st via an online event on Facebook and YouTube.

Realme announced the Realme C15 in July and released the C12 one month later. Now, after a month, it seems like the brand is gearing up to launch another phone in the C series, called Realme C17. The handset is confirmed to make its debut on September 21st, which is on the same day the launch event of the Realme Narzo 20 series is going to take place.

This news is revealed by Realme Bangladesh’s Facebook page. The post confirms that the handset will be revealed at an online event on Facebook and YouTube on September 21st, starting from noon local time or 6 a.m UTC.

For now, we have no idea about the Realme C17 price.

The post also reveals that the handset will feature a 90Hz screen, which was previously leaked to have a size of 6.5 inches and HD+ resolution. In addition, Realme’s Facebook page also shared a few photos, one of which confirmed the back design of the C17. The handset will have a quad-camera cluster and a fingerprint sensor at the back.

The setup will reportedly include a 13MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP monochrome unit. There will also be an 8MP selfie camera housed inside the front punch-hole. Powering the phone will be the new Snapdragon 460 chipset, with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It will be fueled by a 5,000 mAh battery, supporting 18W fast charging solution.
