Realme 8 & 8 Pro Launch Date In India Revealed; Key Specs Leaked Online

The launch date of the Realme 8 & Realme 8 Pro in India has officially been revealed by Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth. The duo will make their debut in the country on March 24 as revealed in a new teaser video. In addition, the key specifications and design of the two upcoming smartphones have also been tipped in official-looking teasers. While the vanilla model will feature a Super AMOLED panel and a 64MP quad-camera setup, the Pro version will rock a 108MP sensor and 50W fast charging technology.

As mentioned, the duo will go official in India on March 24, which is in line with previous leaks. The brand will announce the two phones in a livestream on YouTube but the exact time of the livestream has yet been announced.
Realme 8 series: Specifications & Designs
The official-looking teaser photos were shared by tipster Mukul Sharma. They show that the Realme 8 Pro will feature a quad-camera setup with a 108MP main sensor and support 50W SuperDart fast charging technology. As for the vanilla Realme 8, it will get a quad-camera lens setup, aided by a 64MP main sensor and a Super AMOLED panel. Even though the photos don’t mention the Realme 8 Pro display, but it should also be a Super AMOLED panel. The two smartphones will both have the popular punch-hole design and a square camera housing at the back.
At the moment, the Realme 8 & 8 Pro specs are tipped to include a Snapdragon 720G and Snapdragon 732G SoC, respectively. They will reportedly have a high refresh rate display and pack 8GB of RAM / 128GB of storage. While the vanilla version is tipped to come in Cyber Black and Cyber Silver color variants, the Pro version will be up for sales in Infinite Blue, Illuminating Yellow, and Infinite Black colorways.
