OPPO To Launch OPPO Reno Ace 2 & 40W Wireless Charging Dock On 13 April

Apart from the OPPO Reno Ace 2, OPPO will also introduce the OPPO 40W AirVOOC, which is one of the fastest wireless charging docks.

On the next Monday, Oppo will launch the Oppo Reno Ace 2, its next flagship model at a launch event. The handset will be driven by the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 865 SoC, with dual-mode 5G connectivity and 65W fast charging. In addition, the phone will be equipped with 40W wireless fast charging technology. At the same time, Oppo will introduce its AirVOOC wireless charger with a capacity of up to 40W. This charger’s details have also been officially listed on the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC).
In terms of design, the AirVOOC 40W wireless charging dock will be oval and white combined with gray to create a fairly modern look. The top of this device is divided into 2 separate parts, the right gray part is to place the device and the left part is designed like a large silver turbine. The bottom has a lot of vents to help the heat sink and charger’s details.
According to information from WPC, the new wireless charger’s full name is Oppo 40W AirVOOC and has model number OAWV01. This charger will support 9V-2A (18W), 5V-6A (30W) and 10V-6.5A (65W) power levels. However, the maximum wireless charging capacity is 40W.
Currently, there is no information on the price of this device. Let's wait until April 13 with the launch of the flagship Oppo Reno Ace 2. For now, we have no idea whether the handset will make its way to India. Its predecessor Reno Ace was released in October 2019 but hasn't come to India.
