Earlier today, OPPO silently released a new 5G mid-range smartphone in China called OPPO A92s. Now, the company has released the OPPO Find X2 Lite in Portugal, which is another 5G mid-range smartphone from the Chinese phone maker. However, while the OPPO A92s is powered by a Dimensity 800 5G SOC, the OPPO Find X2 Lite gets power from a Snapdragon 765 chipset.
OPPO Find X2 Lite: Price & Availability
The handset is priced at EURO 500 (around Rs. 42,000) in Europe, but the availability of the phone is still unknown. It will be available in two color variants, Pearl White and Moonlight Black.
OPPO Find X2 Lite: Specifications & Features
The OPPO Find X2 Lite rocks a 6.4-inch OLED panel with Full-HD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 60Hz refresh rate. Compared to the OPPO A92s, the Find X2 Lite has an OLED panel instead of an LCD one, but it only supports the standard 60Hz refresh rate in comparison to the 120Hz refresh rate of the A92s. The screen is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 5 and has a maximum brightness of 600nit, which helps it be visible even in direct bright sunlight.
Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 765 SoC, which allows the handset to support dual-mode 5G connectivity (SA and NSA). For now, it is available in a single memory configuration with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage, but OPPO could offer more memory configurations in the future. The handset also gets an exclusive wrap antenna design, which adjusts automatically according to users’ position to get the best signal. Therefore, you won’t have to worry about loss of connectivity or signal blocks during a gaming session. Moreover, its Smart 5G feature also allows the device to switch between 5G and 4G network to increase the battery life by up to 30 percent.
In terms of camera, it gets a 32MP camera on the front with an f/2.0 lens for selfies and video chats. On the rear, the brand goes for a quad-camera lens setup, including a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 lens, an 8MP wide-angle camera, a 2MP monochrome camera, and a 2MP portrait camera.
The new 5G smartphone gets power from a 4,025 mAh battery, which could be a bit low for a 5G phone. On the bright side, it supports VOOC 4.0 fast charging solution, which is said to charge 50 percent of the battery in just 20 minutes. Finally, it runs on Android 10 out of the box with ColorOS 7 running on top.
OPPO Find X2 Lite price: around Rs. 42,000
