HMD Global has officially launched three new Android smartphones, Nokia 1.3, Nokia 5.3 and Nokia 8.3 through an online launch event. Among the three, the Nokia 1.3 is the most affordable smartphone. The device comes with a 5.7-inch IPS LCD display with a water-drop notch, Snapdragon 215 chipset, 1GB of RAM, and a 3,000mAh battery.

Nokia 1.3: Price & Availability
The Nokia 1.3 price is 95 Euro, which is equivalent to around Rs. 7,700. The handset is available in a single variant with 1GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It will be up for grabs in Charcoal, Sand, and Cyan in April.
Nokia 1.3: Specifications & Features
The device is equipped with an IPS LCD panel with a 5.7-inch size, 1520 x 720p resolution, waterdrop notch and 2.5D curved glass. There is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 SoC at the helm with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage (expandable with a dedicated microSD card slot).

You might be a bit disappointed with the Snapdragon 215 & 1GB RAM of the Nokia 1.3. However, the device runs on Android 10 Go Edition, which is is a lightweight version of Android 10. It helps smartphones uses less resources and provides a smoother experience on low-end devices. In fact, it is one of the first smartphones to launch with this version of Android OS as most of them run on Android 9 Go Edition.
For photography, the phone is equipped with an 8MP main camera on the back with autofocus support and LED flash to support low-light photography. On the front, the device has a 5MP selfie camera, which can also be used to make HD video calls.

The 3,000 mAh battery powers the phone with support for 5W charging via a micro-USB port. Like most other low-cost smartphones, it also has a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack.
