The Vivo 1951 handset has just made its appearance on the benchmarking site Geekbench with a Snapdragon 710 SoC and 6GB RAM. For now, we have no idea which name Vivo will use for this phone yet.

The Geekbench listing was first spotted by Nashville Chatter, and it also cites a possible connection between this phone and a different Vivo smartphone that was recently spotted on China’s 3C under model number V1913A. The benchmark scores of the Vivo 1951 are also in line with the expectations for a smartphone with the Snapdragon 710 SoC. It achieved scores of 1,907 and 5,974 points in the single-core and multi-core tests.
The Vivo 1951 might be the Indian model of the Vivo V1931A since the former was recently certified by BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), according to Nashville Chatter. In addition, the Vivo 1951 and Vivo V1913A might also share a similar set of specifications. Meanwhile, the Vivo V1914A could be the Vivo iQOO Youth Edition.
To recall, the Vivo V1913AA comes with a 6.38-inch AMOLED panel with a dewdrop notch on top for a selfie camera. It is also listed to pack 4 / 6GB of RAM and is fueled by a large 4,490mAh battery. In terms of camera, the phone is said to feature a triple camera system on the rear, comprising of 16MP, 2MP, 8MP sensors. We speculate that these three sensors are wide, ultra-wide, and telephoto cameras, respectively. On the front, it sports a 16MP camera for selfies and video chats. For software, it ships with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box.
