Moto G7 & Motorola One Come To India: Specifications, Price & Launch Offers

Today, Motorola brought two new phones in the Indian market, including Moto G7 and Motorola One which is a part of Google's Android One.

After announced the Moto G7 Power in the Indian market, Motorola now launched two new additions in the country, Moto G7 and Moto One. The newly Moto G7 series include Moto G7 Play, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7, and Moto G7 Power and they were first announced in Brazil in February. For now, Motorola only launched the Moto G7 Power in India.

Now, Lenovo-owned Motorola finally brought the Moto G7 in the country. Besides the G7, it also unveiled a new Android One phone called Motorola One. Both of them are only offered in a single RAM and storage option. As for the color variants, they are available in Ceramic Black and Clear White colour variants.

Moto G7 & Motorola One: Price, Launch offers & Availability

The single variant of the Moto G7 with 4GB RAM/64GB storage cost Rs. 16,999 while the Moto One has the same 4GB of RAM/64GB of storage for a lower price at Rs. 13,999. Both of them will be up for sale from 25 March on all offline stores and Flipkart.

Buyers can get launch offers for both handsets, including cashback up to Rs. 2,200 from Reliance Jio on prepaid plans of Rs. 198 as well as Rs. 299.

Motorola One: Specs & Features

The handset sports a 5.9-inch Max Vision display with a wide notch on top along with HD+ resolution and a 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM/64GB of storage which is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD slot.

On the imaging front, the phone sports a dual camera system on the rear, including a 13MP primary sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. Up front, it comes with an 8MP camera with Portrait Mode. For security, it is equipped with a fingerprint scanner mounted on the rear. Powering the phone is a 3,000mAh cell with support for 15W fast charging and a USB-C port. As a part of Google's Android One, it runs the latest Android 9 Pie.

Motorola Moto G7: Specs & Features

The phone packs a larger 6.2-inch LCD panel with a water-drop notch on top, a 1,080 x 2,270p resolution and an aspect ratio of 19:9. On the font, it also features a 3D glass build, and it is water-resistant thanks to a P2i water-repellent coating layer. Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 632 chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM/64GB of storage which is expandable via a microSD slot up to 512GB.

In the camera department, the Moto G7 features a dual camera system at the back, including a 12MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 5MP depth sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. Up front, it comes with an 8MP selfie camera. The same as the Motorola One, it is also equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the rear for security and a 3,000mAh cell with 15W fast charging support and a USB-C port. The same as the Motorola One, it runs the latest Android 9 Pie at launch.
