Meizu Note 9 Tipped To Release Next Month With Snapdragon 675, 48MP camera

The Meizu Note 8's successor, the Meizu Note 9 is tipped to launch in the upcoming month with the Snapdragon 675 SoC and 4,000 mAh battery.

Early this month, leaks already revealed that the upcoming Meizu Note 9 will likely to pack the Snapdragon 6150, which is also known as the Snapdragon 675 SoC. And now, a new leak via GizmoChina has confirmed that the phone will come packed with the Snapdragon 675 SoC and Meizu is going to release the phone in the next month.

According to the report, the tipster tips that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC will power the upcoming Meizu Note 9, and it will also come with the same 48MP Samsung GM1 sensor as on the recently-released Redmi Note 7. The Snapdragon 675 processor is speculated to be even more powerful than the Snapdragon 710 counterpart, but it has a weaker GPU. Although, a phone with the same SoC was spotted on the popular benchmarking site Geekbench, getting a score of 2,598 points and 5,467 points in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
CEO of Meizu, Jack Wong, confirmed on his recent posts that this upcoming Meizu phone might sport a 48MP and pack a Snapdragon 6150 processor. A render of the phone was recently leaked and suggested that it would come with a 6.3-inch display with a water-drop notch and run the latest Android 9 Pie-based Flyme UI.

Meizu Note 8's successor will carry a Snapdragon 675 SoC
The Meizu Note 9 is also speculated to have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 4,000 mAh battery. The handset will most likely be the successor to the Meizu Note 8 which was released on 25 October. The Meizu Note 8 was launched at a price of CNY 999 in the Chinese market, and it comes packed with a Snapdragon 632 processor, coupled with 4GB RAM.
The Meizu Note 8’s successor has already been certified from 3C as well as CMIIT bodies in China. The handset should soon surface on China’s TENAA along with its fulls pecs ahead of the launch.
