Samsung is set to release its next flagship smartphone series, the Samsung Galaxy S10, at an event on 20 February. Ahead of the launch event, detailed specifications and many renders of these Galaxy S10 smartphones have appeared online. And now, a new leak suggests the availability of the Limited Edition of the Galaxy S10+.
The pre-order page on the website of Samsung Philippines has revealed some information about the limited edition Galaxy S10+, firstly spotted by XDA Developers. This listing can be accessible after logging in the website, and it is just mentioned by Limited Edition as shown in the image below and labeled Option A with the release date of 15 March while the other 3 Galaxy S10 models are mentioned as Option B, Option C, and Option D. Since the first Option A is the top-end and limited edition Galaxy S10+, the Option B should be Galaxy S10+ and followed by Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10e with Option C and D, respectively.
The listing on Samsung Philippines website doesn’t reveal any information about the phones’ specifications. However, it is tipped in previous leaks to feature a quad rear camera setup, dual selfie camera, and also a ceramic back. Galaxy S10+ in a Limited Edition ceramic variant, codenamed Beyond X is said to pack a whopping 12GB RAM as well as 1TB of internal storage, and a 5,000 mAh battery.
The Galaxy S10 lineup is expected to come packed with either Samsung’s Exynos 9820 or a Snapdragon 855. The South Korean phone maker will most likely announce a 5G model of the Galaxy S10 which will only be exclusively for the Samsung’s home country, South Korean, and the US as well. Samsung is also said to introduce new Galaxy Buds truly wireless earbuds with support for wireless charging and also Galaxy Watch Active.
For now, we still haven’t known all of the products that Samsung is planning to introduce at the Unpacked event in San Francisco on 20 February, but it just teased that it would unveil its first foldable phone, Galaxy F, at the event as well.
