Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2: Triple Camera Setup And More Details

Asus recently released a new Teaser poster for their upcoming flagship. The new ZenFone will likely make its debut this December in Indonesia.

In a tweet shared on November 21, Asus confirmed that the company will launch the ZenFone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max M2 in Indonesia on December 11. The tweet also gives us a teaser poster with the caption "The real pro is coming".

ZenFone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max M2: Everything we know so far
The tweet also indirectly confirmed that the upcoming phone will have three cameras on the back, a notched display along with a gradient finished back panel which gives the phone a more premium look. Moreover, there is also the ASUS ZB632KL which has a triple camera setup.
On the other hand, rumor sources claim that the screen of the Max Pro M2 will be full-HD+ display and 6 inches large. The phone will come with a 13MP front camera. In addition, sources also stated that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC will power the Max Pro M2.
According to rumors, the Max M2 will have almost the same specifications with the Zenfone Max Pro 2. However, it is likely to feature a dual back camera setup and a Snapdragon 636 SoC.
In comparison, the next Asus's flagship has a dual camera set up at the back, unlike its predecessor the Max Pro M1. They both feature a rear fingerprint sensor. However, the Max Pro M1 came with no notch.
Recently, the company's official Twitter also confirmed that the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 will come with a 5,000mAh battery which can last up to 24 hours.

Variant
As suggested by leak information, the ZenFone Max Pro M2 will have two versions: ZenFone Max M2 ZB633KL and ZenFone Max Pro M2 ZB631KL, one with a triple camera setup, while the second variant only sports a dual camera setup and has a cheaper price tag.
Besides, the phone can also have a 4GB/32GB capacity variant and a 4GB/64GB capacity variant. It can also be expanded up to 256GB by using a memory card.
