People used a Micro USB port and cable to charge their phones and transfer files in the past. However, this has changed when the USB Type-C has become increasingly popular.
USB Type-C
This technology offers more efficient, and faster, especially a flippable port which helps the cord be plugged in exactly anytime.
Currently, there have been some phones that are equipped with USB Type-C, as follows:
Google Pixel 3 and 3 XL
