Finally, Instagrammers now can send direct messages from the web version. According to The Verge, several days ago, the feature was completely updated.

In particular, the web version of DMs has been developed and tested with limited users since January and currently, it enables users to manipulate emoji keyboards and the gallery view which leads to photos and videos.
This Instagram’s update not only helps users access their DMs with ease but decreases the company’s workload on the web to just one major feature, which is the ability to post images and videos. Now, users can easily send direct messages to each other through their PCs, resulting in more user engagement.

In addition, Mark Zuckerberg has planned to turn Instagram’s features into a similar one with Facebook, which is concentrated on communication. The New York Times was also told that Zuckerberg would help Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram users to gain the best way of communication; therefore, the new feature brought to Instagrammer appears to be one step in the ultimate plan of the father of Facebook.
This huge progress is achieved among the time that Instagram and its relative applications are attempting to raise COVID-19 awareness among users.

At the beginning of this month, a new sticker question on Instagram Stories platform, simply named “How can I help?”, has been rolled out to all of the users. The time this move is launched coincided with the time that coronavirus pandemic has knocked down the whole world. So if a little tiny sticker can contribute to the global fight against this fatal virus, it worths the effort.
Besides, there is another currently popular sticker on Instagram is the “Stay Home” sticker. Those whose Stories contain this Stay Home sticker are also put on top of Instagram’s discovery.
