Nowadays, technology is growing rapidly than any other industry in the world. Importantly, it makes the rest go towards, thanks to its effectiveness. With technology, people pay less in both money and time when doing work.
As per a study from LinkedIn, salary in the technology sector is the best of the bunch in India. Top of the highest-paid jobs in India is involved in hardware/software, networking service, IT service and so on.
The study also cites that top cities in India which have the highest salaries for the tech labor force includes Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Amongst all, Bengaluru takes the top spot in the rank with the highest paying, due to its technology hub. Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad come with the following positions, respectively.
A significant gap between the top spot and the fifth one.
In the study, Bengaluru emerged as the region where the average compensation was the highest with Rs 12 lakh. Mumbai and Delhi-NCR follow by Rs 9 lakh each. Hyderabad stands at Rs 8.5 lakh and Chennai at 6.3 lakh.
Working in the hardware sector is being paid highly as a lot of chip design and new-age networking has moved to India. In the networking sector, the demand for networking roles and skills are increasing after the sophistication of networking increase in India. The network is at the center of the change in businesses and forms their own digital transformation.
Another big gap in term of job sectors.
Software and IT services are going along with the hardware development, so it’s clear that the salary for employees in these sectors is exploding as well. Besides, artificial intelligence and machine learning research are rising as a potential technology for our future.
