War Of Digital Assistants
While the war of digital assistants has become more and more severe, Google Assistant has recently managed to defeat both Apple Siri and Amazon Alexa when considering their capability to give the correct answers on smartphones.

According to Loup Ventures, a venture capital firm headquartered in New York and Minneapolis, Google Assistant could comprehend all kinds of single queries, and its accuracy rate reached up to 92.9 percent.
Also in this annual test, the researchers checked the capability of the top three digital assistants including Google Assistant, Alexa, and Siri. Accordingly, each had to answer 800 questions concerning ordering goods, navigation, finding nearby locations, and many other contents. The test was designed to evaluate whether these assistants could correctly comprehend questions or not, as well as how accurate their responses could be.
Become A Winner Once Again
The results pointed out that the digital assistant from Google took the first spot in this race with up to 93 percent accuracy. Meanwhile, Alexa and Siri hit 80 and 83 percent, respectively.
Last July, Loup Ventures reported that Google’s digital assistant could offer 86 percent correct answers. Siri correctly answered 79 percent while Alexa just obtained 61 percent. In other words, the digital assistant from Amazon managed to increase its accuracy score by about 19 percent.

According to the report,

To explain more particularly, the researchers adjusted their question set to depict shorter queries and the display of a screen that help these digital assistants to demonstrate some information which can’t be verbalized.
In addition, Loup Ventures’s research team said that

They conducted the IQ test by using Google Assistant on the Pixel XL running Android “Pie” or Android 9.0, Alexa on the iOS app, and Siri on the latest iOS version – iOS 12.4.
Touch Competition
As such, Google Assistant succeeded in remaining its crown when answering all of the 800 questions. Siri incorrectly answered two questions, and Alexa gave only one false answer.

Google Assistant gained persuasive wins over its two powerful rivals in 04 of the 05 categories. However, it once again lost Siri when it came to the Command category. The report revealed,

In terms of Amazon Alexa, the digital assistant works on a third-party application. That means it can call Alexa-enabled devices and send voice messages, but it can’t compose emails, text messages, as well as make phone calls.
Also, when it comes to the Commerce category, the difference between these digital assistants was shown more clearly. Google Assistant offered 92 percent correct answer. Meanwhile, Alexa’s accuracy reached 71 percent, and Siri just hit 68 percent.
Alexa is supposed to be the best option for commerce questions. On the other hand, Google Assistant is able to provide more correct answers when the topics are relating to service and product information, as well as the places users can purchase some certain items.
