PUBG Ban: The No 1 Game In India, But Also A Big Concern With Young People

'PUBG', also known as Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds, has become a famous, online shooting game which also supports multiplayer that’s been the number mobile game in India & all over the world. This game came in the category of top-earning apps on the Play Store or the App Store in India within months after its launch, and it spread overnight like wildfire in countries like India. PUBG made a place in the heart of Indian youth.

In a few places in India, gamers have been arrested for simply playing Player Unknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) game on their smartphones. Reports revealed that the police were patrolling public places to search for young people who held their smartphones horizontally. As of March, in Ahmedabad, officers arrested four boys, while in the Indian state of Gujarat, 10 people were arrested.
Police released some of the people with fines and warnings while many others spent a night behind the bars for simply playing the game in their handset in public places. Authorities said that this game is ruining study for students as well as has negative influences on violence. Additionally, some parents blamed PUBG Mobile for the encouragement of violence or aggression in their children, as per Buzz Feed’s report. The Ahmedabad and Rajkot city removed the ban in previous months.

Rajkot police commissioner Manoj Agarwal wrote:
Still, According to Buzz Feed's report reveal a desirable image of a country where people can easily access mobile games from resources recently, and a government is still troubled to manage the problems. While PUBG is a great way for the young to relax and have fun, it can't be denied that there are deaths from this mobile game over the past couple of months. So all in all, there are considerations to make.
