1 Million Computers Are Still Vulnerable To Major Windows Security Exploit

This new Windows security vulnerability involves a critical remote code execution exploit in Remote Desktop Services.

Earlier this month, Microsoft has already revealed a threatening security issue of Windows systems, similar to a fatal flaw happening in 2017 and led to the mayhem for thousands of Microsoft computers because of WannaCry malware. Users could face a widespread “wormable” attack because of this type of attack. Note that several affected operating systems still make up a large number of the overall Windows computers in use, especially in business environments.

A lot of computers still got infected, despite having two months to patch systems. The previous exploit did come into the public, allowing many hackers to generate malware easily. on the other hand, that doesn’t mean there won’t be malware while this new flaw hasn’t yet been disclosed publicly.

The company is now strongly recommending system admins to update those computers as soon as possible.
