These 42 Smartphones Will Get Update To MIUI 12; Redmi Note 7, Redmi 7, Redmi 8, ...

A total of 42 Xiaomi smartphones will be updated to MIUI 12 in China, including the budget smartphones in Redmi 6, Redmi 7, and Redmi Note 7 series.

Yesterday (28 April), Xiaomi has finally introduced MIUI 12 - its latest customized Android interface at a launch event in China. This new version comes with multiple improvements, interface upgrades, security-related features, multitasking, health monitoring, ...
For now, Xiaomi has already allowed its smartphone users in China to try a closed beta version of the MIUI 12. Selected users will receive OTA updates from yesterday.
In addition, the company also released a list of smartphones that will be updated to MIUI 12. However, the updates will not be rolled out to all smartphones at the same time. Specifically, Xiaomi will split into three different phases, in which the first stable update of the MIUI 12 will be released in June this year.
These are the 42 smartphones that are eligible to get MIUI 12 update:
