Recently, Xiaomi was said to be planning to announce its next flagship Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 in the upcoming month in China. Now, while the launch of the phone is getting closer, some of its key details have just leaked online by a Chinese tipster.

The leak suggests that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 will feature a curved display with 2K resolution, but it doesn’t reveal the size of the display. Powering the phone is tipped to be a 2.96GHz Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC under the hood. The chipset will be aided by 12GB RAM and 1TB of storage. The handset will likely support UFS 3.0 storage.
Battery-wise, it should be packed with a beefy 4,500 mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging solution. Reverse wireless charging and wireless charging are also expected to be available. Moreover, the Mi Mix 4 is said to be the first phone from the brand to come with the new MIUI 11, which is claimed to offer better user experience.

At the back, the phone will feature a quad camera setup. The main sensor is said to carry 108MP resolution, paired with a 16MP super-wide-angle camera, a 12MP camera, and a periscope lens. The leak doesn’t give any information on the selfie camera. Other features of the phone include a headphone jack and NFC support. Aside from that, the handset is said in the leak to have a ceramic body. However, there isn’t any concrete backing this leak, so it is better to take it with a pinch of salt.
Other reports suggested that the Mi Mix 4 might support 5G connectivity, though it isn’t confirmed whether the phone will be available in both 4G LTE and 5G models. However, the brand is expected to announce the Xiaomi Mi 9S 5G in the market before the Mi Mix 4.
